Kind and great staff did everything they could. I truly enjoyed the location, it was marvellous and to walk to shops lovely bars restaurants.

Tbh, the room was a little dark.

It had a good and incredible setting just next door to La Latina, Madrid before the end of the year and the city centre.

Loved the place, it had great location and staff. Our staff was helpful and professional and at all times. It was located in a really comfortable area in centre. Enjoyed drinks and atmosphere at The Burger Lobby Toledo, placed 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions nearby. it is close to the city center, making it a great base for business guests. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. the service provided by the staff is commendable, with prompt assistance and a friendly attitude.

The lack of a reception and limited availability of staff can be frustrating at times.

I appreciated the fact that it is in a beautiful building. Accommodating staff and early check in. The rooms of apartment were lovely and cosy and the location was prime. The bathroom had been nice. It's own balcony and climate control were available at all times.

It was all superb!
